Movement is another factor that contributes to increased vitality. Regular physical activity enhances circulation and oxygen flow while releasing endorphins that improve mood and reduce stress. Even short bursts of movement like stretching or walking during breaks can combat sluggishness and re-energize both body and mind. Spending time outdoors amplifies these benefits by exposing you to natural light, which regulates your internal clock and supports better sleep patterns.

Speaking of sleep, prioritizing consistent rest is fundamental to maintaining high energy levels.
